Ingredients/ Composition: Black Rice
Shelf Life: Best before 6 months from the date of manufacture
Directions for using/ Recipe:
- Put a sufficient amount of water in a pressure cooker
- Place a vessel in the cooker
- Add 1 part rice to 3 parts water inside the vessel.
- Pressure cook the rice on a high flame for 1 whistles.
- Lower the flame and cook the rice for next 3 whistles
You could also use black rice to make curd rice, dosa, idli, appam, idiappam, neer dosa and more.
