Ingredients
2 sweet potatoes
Toppings of your choice (be creative!)
Chaat masala + lime
Oregano + chilli flakes + cheese
Sesame seeds
Cinnamon
Pristine Himalayan Pink Salt to taste
Preparation
Wash thoroughly
Pierce with a fork
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender.
Slice and serve with any of the following toppings for a sweet version:
Jaggery and curd
Apple sauce and honey
Serve hot with a sprinkle of sesame seeds (you could also use chia or gardencress) and cinnamon
For a savoury version, you can either top with chaat masala and lime, or oregano, chilli flakes and cheese.
