Ingredients
Fields of Gold Barnyard Millet Flour: 1 cup
Oil: For Frying
Cumin seeds: ¼ tsp
Fields of Gold Rock salt: 1/2tsp
Vegetables: As per your liking (potato/ green banana/ sweet potato/ yam, etc)
Green Chillies Large: 4 nos.
Preparation
Make a thick batter with cumin seeds, rock salt & barnyard flour
Heat oil for Frying.
Dip vegetables in batter and deep fry till crunchy.
Serve hot.
