Ingredients
Cooked Nutrillet Quinoa – 3 cups
Yellow bell pepper – ¼ cup
Sweet corn – 2 tbsp
Coriander powder -1/4 cup
Thick soya sauce – 1 tbsp
White pepper powder -3/4 tsp
Salt – to taste
To Grind
Dried red chillies – 4
Garlic cloves – 8 small
Preparation
Grind the dried red chillies and the garlic cloves
Heat some oil, add the yellow bell pepper and some salt, sauté it uncovered, till its cooked but with a slightly crunch
Heat some oil, add the ground chilli garlic paste, sauté it well till it gives a nice smell, for about 5-7 minutes. Then add the coriander power and mix it well
Now add the soy sauce and mix for a minute, then added the sauted bellpeppers and mix well
Now add the cooked and cooled quinoa and mix well. Finally mix in the coarsely pounded peanuts and white pepper powder and serve it warm
