Ingredients
For washing and soaking:
¼ cup Toor Dal
¼ cup Chana Dal
1 tbsp Moong Dal
1 tbsp Urad Dal
For adai:
1 small onion
1-2 green chillies
1 tsp ginger
1-2 tbsp coriander leaves
Pristine Himalayan Pink Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Preparation
Wash and soak the millets and dals for 4 hours
Drain water from the grains (millet and dals) and grind coarsely in a mixer-grinder. It should be of a slightly thicker consistency than dosa batter
Add the chopped onion, chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and salt to taste
Heat a pan/tawa, grease with little oil, and cook till golden brown and crisp-edged
