Ingredients
Kabuli Chana (soaked overnight): 1/2cup
Fields of Gold Proso Millet (soaked overnight in the refrigerator): ½ cup
Sesame Seeds: 2 tsp
Fresh Red Chilies: 2-3nos.
Lemon: 1 no.
Garlic peeled: 1 whole
Fresh Thyme: 1 ½ tbsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp.
Sunflower Oil: 1 tbsp for the mix and extra for frying
Preparation
Strain and rinse, chickpeas and proso millet.
Grind together chickpeas, millet with garlic, red chilies, lemon juice, and oil.
Mix in salt, thyme and sesame seeds.
Add Mixed Millet Flour and mix again. This will help bind the ingredients
Shape using a spoon and fry on a medium flame for 3-4 mins till golden brown.
