Ingredients
For Salad
Little millet: 100gms
Lolorossa lettuce: 50gms
Romaine lettuce: 50gms
Cherry tomatoes: 4 nos
White onions: 1/2 no.
Pomegranate: 1/4 no.
Pimentos (Red/Green/Yellow): 1/2 each
For Dressing
Olive oil: 4 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar: 1 tbsp
Red Wine vinegar: 3 tbsp
Honey: 1 tbsp.
Dried oregano: 1/4tsp
Chilli flakes: 1/3 tsp
Garlic: 4-6 Cloves
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Preparation
Prepare the dressing a day prior for the flavours to blend in.
Crush garlic and add all the other ingredients in a glass bottle.
Wash, dry and tear lettuce leaves.cut pimentos, slice tomatoes and onions.
Add cooked millet and drizzle in the dressing.
