Ingredients
Organic Foxtail Millet: ¼ Cup
Organic Little Millet: ¼ Cup
Organic Barnyard Millet: ¼ cup
Organic Kodo Millet: ¼ Cup
Organic Urad Dal White Whole: ½ Cup
Himalayan Pink Salt: ½ teaspoon
Preparation
Soak Millets and Dal Separately for a minimum of 4 hours
Rinse and grind together with 1 cup of water and let it ferment for 8 hours.
Add salt only after fermenting.
For thin dosa add another cup of water, stir and make dosa.
Serve millet dosa hot with your favorite chutney.
