Mixed Millet dosa

Ingredients

  • Organic Foxtail Millet: ¼ Cup

  • Organic Little Millet: ¼ Cup

  • Organic Barnyard Millet: ¼ cup

  •  Organic Kodo Millet: ¼ Cup

  • Organic Urad Dal White Whole: ½ Cup

  • Himalayan Pink Salt: ½ teaspoon

Preparation

  1. Soak Millets and Dal Separately for a minimum of 4 hours

  2. Rinse and grind together with 1 cup of water and let it ferment for 8 hours.

  3. Add salt only after fermenting.

  4. For thin dosa add another cup of water, stir and make dosa.

  5. Serve millet dosa hot with your favorite chutney.
