Mixed Millet Missi Roti

Ingredients

  • Organic Mixed Millet Flour – 1 Cup

  • Warm Water – ½ cup (additional 2 tbsp)

  • Salt – ¼ tsp 

  • Chili (Red/Green) – 1 no. (Finely Chopped)

  • Turmeric – 1/8th Tsp

  • Dill/coriander Leaves – Few Sprigs (Finely Chopped)

  • Onion: ½ Number (Finely chopped)

  • Oil/Ghee: For Roasting 

Preparation

  1. Mix all Ingredients and rest the dough for about half an hour.

  2. Bake on hot tawa using ghee/oil.

  3. Serve hot.

  4. Tips: Millet dough dries up when rested, make sure the dough is soft and dab it with wet hands to avoid drying during resting.
