Mixed Millet Roti

Ingredients

  • Organic Mixed Millet Flour – 1 Cup


  • Warm Water – ½ cup (additional 2 tbsp)

  • Himalayan Pink Salt – ¼ tsp (optional)

  • Oil/Ghee: For Roasting

Preparation

  1. Knead a soft dough and rest for about half an hour.

  2. Bake on a hot tawa using ghee/oil.

  3. Serve hot.

  4. Tips: Millet dough dries up when rested. Hence make sure the dough is soft and dab it with wet hands to avoid drying during resting.
