Pineapple and Millet Pound cake

Ingredients

  • Eggs: 4

  • Vanilla Extract: 1 tbsp

  • Fields of Gold Mixed Millet Flour: 1 cup

  • Butter: 1 cup

  • Fields of Gold Organic Jaggery: 1 cup

  • Cinnamon Powder: 1/4 tsp.

  • Pineapple: 1 no

Preparation

  1. Butter and line a 6*4 rectangle tin with pineapple slices

  2. Cream butter with powdered jaggery.

  3. Whisk in egg one by one.

  4. Sift Mixed Millet flour and add cinnamon to it.

  5. Fold Flour in Creamed butter and eggs in 3 batches.

  6. Pour over the pineapple Slices

  7. Bake for 20 mins at 175*c
