Preparation

  1. Wash and soak millet for 20 minutes.

  2. Roast flax seeds and add water to the same pan followed by strained millets.

  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Cover with a lid.

  4. Cook on a low flame in a covered pan for 15 to 20 minutes.
