Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon tamarind, soaked in

    ¼ cup water

  • Fields of Gold jaggery granules: ¼ cup 

  • Water: ⅓ cup 

  • Finely chopped raw mango: ⅓ cup 

  • Neem flowers: 2 tablespoons 

  • Black pepper powder: ¼ teaspoon 


  • Salt to taste

Preparation

1.Squeeze out the tamarind pulp into a bowl

2. Add the jaggery granules and remaining water to it and mix till dissolved

3. Add the raw mangoes and neem flowers

4. Season with salt and black pepper powder
