Shelf life: Best before 12 months from the date of manufacture
Directions for use/ Recipe:
- Take 150 ml of water / milk in a bowl
- Add 2 scoops of Poushtik health mix for a thin porridge (use half the liquid for a thicker porridge)
- Mix well to remove all the lumps. Boil for a few minutes on a medium flame, stirring constantly. Serve immediately.
- Jaggery or sugar can be added to make a sweet version. The savoury version can be made by adding salt and pepper.
