 Poushtik is made from organically grown grains. It is wholesome, rich in Omega 3 fatty acids and contains essential micronutrients. Poushtik is manufactured under utmost hygienic conditions using the best quality of cereals, pulses, sugar and supplemented with vitamins and minerals. Poushtik contains enzymes which form a soft semi-solid that is convenient to feed and easy to swallow and digest.

Ingredients:

Organic Wheat Flour, Organic Rice Flour, Organic Ragi Flour, Organic Little Millet Flour, Defatted Soya Flour, Organic Sugar, Organic Green Gram Flour, Minerals, Vitamins & Alpha Amylase.

Directions for use:

• Wash hands and vessels properly.
• Sterilize bowl & spoon (by placing them in boiling water for 5 minutes).
• Boil drinking water for 5 minutes & allow to cool.
• Add recommended quantity of Poushtik to the bowl.
• Add recommended quantity of water gradually, stirring continuously to make a smooth mixture.
• Use prepared food within half an hour otherwise microbial deterioration may set in. Discard unused food.

Important notice: Mother’s milk is the best for your baby.
