- Sprouted ragi flour or organic ragi flour – 2 tbsp
- Water – ¼ cup + ¼ cup
- A pinch of finely powdered jaggery or honey to taste (optional)
- Thoroughly whisk together 2 tbsp of ragi flour with a few spoons of water till there are absolutely no lumps. Strain if necessary.
- Add ¼ cup more water and cook the mix on a medium flame till brown and shiny. Stir continuously so it doesn’t stick or burn. Add water if needed, for desired consistency
- Feed your baby when lukewarm
