Garden cress seeds give this version of the bloody mary a slight crunch and a pleasantly peppery kick. Try it instead of celery.
Tomato Juice: 300ml (We’ll suggest freshly pressed)
Fields of gold garden cress seeds: 1tbsp
Fields Habanero chili sauce: 2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce: 1tbsp
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
Fields of gold organic honey: 1 tbsp: ¼ cup
Ice cubes: 12 nos.
Salt: 1/4th teaspoon
Mint leaves and lemon wedges: For garnishing
- Soak Garden cress seeds in about ½ a cup of water for 20mins
- Blend together tomato Juice, both the sauces, honey salt and lemon juice.
- Add Garden cress seeds and serve chilled on the rocks
