Ingredients

  • Fields of Gold Barnyard Millet Flour: 1 cup

  • Oil: For Frying

  • Cumin seeds: ¼ tsp

  • Fields of Gold Rock salt: 1/2tsp

  • Vegetables: As per your liking (potato/ green banana/ sweet potato/ yam, etc)

  • Green Chillies Large: 4 nos.

Preparation

  1. Make a thick batter with cumin seeds, rock salt & barnyard flour

  2. Heat oil for Frying.

  3. Dip vegetables in batter and deep fry till crunchy.

  4. Serve hot.
