Preparation

  1. Whisk ragi flour with a few spoons of water till there are absolutely no lumps. Strain if necessary.

  2. Add ¼ cup water, ground jaggery and cook the mix on a medium flame till brown and shiny. Stir continuously so it doesn’t stick or burn. Add more water if needed.

  3. Feed warm.
