Ingredients
Fields of Gold Organic Ragi Flour – 2 tbsp
Water – ¼ cup + ¼ cup
Fields of Gold Organic Jaggery: 1/4 tsp
Preparation
Whisk ragi flour with a few spoons of water till there are absolutely no lumps. Strain if necessary.
Add ¼ cup water, ground jaggery and cook the mix on a medium flame till brown and shiny. Stir continuously so it doesn’t stick or burn. Add more water if needed.
Feed warm.
