Preparation

  1. Cook together Kodo millet, saffron, and milk on slow heat until the millet is soft and mashed

  2. Stir in jaggery and saffron and mix gently

  3. Heat ghee in a pan add all dry fruits and roast until golden colour and add to the cooked payasam

  4. Served hot or cold
