For bread:
Fields of Gold Pearl Millet Flour: 75gms
Fields of Gold Little Millet Flour: 75gms
Fields of Gold Foxtail Millet Flour: 75gms
Fields of Gold Whole Wheat Flour: 75gms
Fields of Gold Proso Millet Flour: 50gms
Cold pressed groundnut oil: 50ml
Gluten: 15gms
Fresh yeast: 20gms
Sugar: 15gms
Salt: 3gms
White sesame seeds: 5gms
Black sesame seeds: 5gms
Poppy seeds: 5gms
Flax seeds: 5gms
Water: to knead
For Dressing
Olive oil: 4 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar: 1 tbsp
Red Wine vinegar: 3 tbsp
Honey: 1 tbsp.
Dried oregano: 1/4tsp
Chilli flakes: 1/3 tsp
Garlic: 4-6 cloves
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Preparation
Make a soft bread dough with all the ingredients and let it ferment for two hours.
Bake at 200*c
Using the dressing ingredients as a dip for the bread
