Ingredients

For bread:

  • Fields of Gold Pearl Millet Flour: 75gms

  • Fields of Gold Little Millet Flour: 75gms

  • Fields of Gold Foxtail Millet Flour: 75gms

  • Fields of Gold Whole Wheat Flour: 75gms

  • Fields of Gold Proso Millet Flour: 50gms

  • Cold pressed groundnut oil: 50ml

  • Gluten: 15gms

  • Fresh yeast: 20gms

  • Sugar: 15gms

  • Salt: 3gms

  • White sesame seeds: 5gms

  • Black sesame seeds: 5gms

  • Poppy seeds: 5gms

  • Flax seeds: 5gms

  • Water: to knead


For Dressing

  • Olive oil: 4 tbsp

  • Balsamic vinegar: 1 tbsp

  • Red Wine vinegar: 3 tbsp

  • Honey: 1 tbsp.

  • Dried oregano: 1/4tsp

  • Chilli flakes: 1/3 tsp

  • Garlic: 4-6 cloves

  • Salt: 1/2 tsp

Preparation

  1. Make a soft bread dough with all the ingredients and let it ferment for two hours.

  2. Bake at 200*c

  3. Using the dressing ingredients as a dip for the bread
