Mixed Millet Halwa

Ingredients

  • Fields of Gold Mixed Millet Flour/ Nutrillet Mixed Millet Flour- 1 cup

  • Fields of Gold Jaggery- 1 cup

  • Butter- 1 cup

  • Ghee- 1 tbsp

  • Milk/ Almond Milk- 1 cup


Preparation

  1. In a pan roast mixed millet flour in ghee/ butter until the aroma and color changes

  2. Add milk to the mixture and cook.

  3. Add the melted jaggery, ghee and mix well without formation of lumps till thick consistency.

  4. Pour the prepared batter in a mould and allow to set.
