Ingredients
Organic Mixed Millet Flour – 1 Cup
Warm Water – ½ cup (additional 2 tbsp)
Salt – ¼ tsp
Chili (Red/Green) – 1 no. (Finely Chopped)
Turmeric – 1/8th Tsp
Dill/coriander Leaves – Few Sprigs (Finely Chopped)
Onion: ½ Number (Finely chopped)
Oil/Ghee: For Roasting
Preparation
Mix all Ingredients and rest the dough for about half an hour.
Bake on hot tawa using ghee/oil.
Serve hot.
Tips: Millet dough dries up when rested, make sure the dough is soft and dab it with wet hands to avoid drying during resting.
