Fasting? Batter fry root veggies in sama or sanwa millet batter
Fields of Gold Barnyard Millet Flour: 1 cup
Oil: For Frying
Fields of Gold Organic Cumin seeds: ¼ tsp
Fields of Gold Rock salt: 1/2tsp
Tubers: As per your Liking
Green Chillies Large: 4 nos.
Make a thick Batter with cumin seeds, rock salt & barnyard flour
Heat oil for Frying.
Dip vegetables in batter and deep fry till crunchy.
