Soak Millets and Dal Separately for a minimum of 4 hours, Rinse and grind together with 1 cup of water and let it ferment for 8 hours.
Add salt only after fermenting.
For thin Dosa add another cup of water, stir and make Dosa.
Serve millet dosa hot with your favorite chantey.
