Try some millet Rotis made of mixed millet flour with a dollop of oil and ghee. Enjoy with a curry of your choice.
Knead a soft dough and rest for about half an hour.
Bake on a hot Tawa using ghee/oil.
Tips: Millet dough dries up when rested. Hence make sure the dough is soft and dab it with wet hands to avoid drying during resting.
