Ingredients
Organic Mixed Millet Flour – 1 Cup
Warm Water – ½ cup (additional 2 tbsp)
Himalayan Pink Salt – ¼ tsp (optional)
Oil/Ghee: For Roasting
Method
Knead a soft dough and rest for about half an hour.
Bake on a hot Tawa using ghee/oil.
Serve hot.
Tips: Millet dough dries up when rested. Hence make sure the dough is soft and dab it with wet hands to avoid drying during resting.
