If sugar is not your thing, replace jaggery and milk in millet porridge with salt, pepper, and water.
Organic Little Millet: ¼ cup
Organic Flax Seeds : 1 tbsp
Himalayan Pink Salt: To taste
Water: 1/2 cup
Fresh ground peppercorns: to taste
Flax seeds: ½ tsp.
Wash and soak millet for 20 minutes.
Roast flax seeds and add water to the same pan followed by strained millets. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Cover with a lid.
Cook on a low flame in a covered pan for 15 to 20 minutes.
