Ingredients: Milk solids, Whey protein concentrate, Corn oil, Soyabean Oil, Sunflower oil, High Oleic Sunflower oil, Arachidonic acid (ARA), Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), Minerals (Calcium phosphate tribasic, Sodium chloride, Potassium phosphate dibasic, Magnesium oxide, Ferric pyrophosphate, Zinc sulphate, Cupric sulphate, Manganese sulphate, Potassium iodide, Sodium selenite), Vitamins (Ascorbic acid, d-alpha tocopheryl acetate, Nicotinamide, Choline bitartate, Calcium pantothenate, Thiamine chloride hydrochloride, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Retinyl acetate, Folic acid, Phytylmenaquinone, d-Biotin, Ergocalciferol, Cyanocobalamine), Taurine, Nucleotides, L-Carnitine, Soya lecithin, Ascorbyl palmitate, Mixed tocopherol concentrate.

Shelf life: Best before 12 months from the date of manufacture.

Instructions for Use:

  • Wash your hands.
  • Sterilise utensils including feeding bowl and spoon.
  • Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and cool to lukewarm.
  • Pour exact amount of water as per feeding table.
  • Add exact number of levelled scoops (use provided scoop only).
  • Shake/mix well and feed using bowl and spoon.
  • Discard leftover feed.

Warning: Prepare one feed at a time. Feed immediately. Do not keep unfinished feed. Always hold baby while feeding. Use under health worker advice. Not sole source of nourishment. Use within 3 weeks after opening. Store in cool and dry place in airtight container.

Allergen advice: Contains Soya and Milk.

Important Notice: Mother's milk is best for your baby.
