Pristine was founded with a vision to improve the nation’s health through science-backed nutrition.
In 1989, Raghu and Deepa, two food analysts, met while working in a food analytical laboratory. Their expertise in food safety and quality inspired a shared commitment to create foods that go beyond taste — foods that truly nourish. Through years of research, reading, and training, they developed a deep understanding of the role of nutrition in health and began designing micronutrient delivery systems to address hidden hunger, one of India’s most overlooked challenges.
What began as a small laboratory initiative has grown into a pioneering nutrition company, known for its organic foods, nutraceuticals, and medical diets for rare genetic disorders. Pristine’s products are trusted for their quality, safety, and innovation, backed by FSSAI recognition and NABL-certified laboratories that ensure rigorous quality standards.
Today, Pristine is one of the few global companies addressing Inborn Errors of Metabolism (IEM) and continues to lead in organic food, millets, and food fortification. For over 25 years, it has upheld its founding purpose — blending science, sustainability, and tradition to create food that builds true health for generations.
