Ingredients
Chia Seeds: 2 tbsp
Fields of Gold Organic Jaggery: 2 tbsp (medium sized)
Almond Milk: 1cup
Fresh Fruits: 1/2cup
Preparation
Bloom Chia seeds in half a cup of water
Powder the jaggery, add to the almond milk and stir well.
Add bloomed chia seeds and serve with fresh fruits.
