Ingredients
Sprouted Garden Cress: ½ cup
Mung Bean Sprouts: ¼ cup
Tomato: 1 No.
White Onion: 1 No.
Sweet corn: ¼ cup
Capsicum: ½ no.
For Dressing:
Honey: 1 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar: 1tbsp
Groundnut Oil: 1 tsp
White Pepper: ¼ tsp
Salt: ¼ tsp
Optional:
1/4 cup cooked Quinoa
Preparation
Whisk all the ingredients for dressing and keep aside.
Wash and cut vegetables, boil corn if fresh and add sprouts.
Drizzle the dressing before serving.
Optionally, cooked Nutrillet Quinoa can be added for a heartier meal.
