Red Rice Pulao

Ingredients

  • Cumin: 1/4 tsp.

  • Black Pepper: ½ tsp

  • Cinnamon: 1 no. approx. of 1 inch

  • Corn: 1/4 cup

  • Cherry tomatoes – 4-5

For Garnishing:

  • Black Sesame Seeds: 1 tsp

Preparation

  1. Pressure cook the rice for two whistles and let it cool

  2. Heat oil in a pan, add whole spices and roast for couple of mins

  3. Sauté vegetables, add the cooked rice and stir well till the vegetables and rice is mixed well.

  4.  Serve hot garnished with black sesame seeds.
