Ingredients
Tomato Juice: 300ml (We’ll suggest freshly pressed)
Garden cress seeds: 1 tbsp
Fields Habanero chili sauce: 2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce: 1tbsp
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
Honey: 1 tbsp: ¼ cup
Ice cubes: 12 nos.
Pristine Himalayan Pink Salt: 1/4th teaspoon
Mint leaves and lemon wedges: For garnishing
Preparation
Soak Garden cress seeds in about ½ a cup of water for 20 mins
Blend together tomato juice, both the sauces, honey salt and lemon juice.
Add Garden cress seeds and serve chilled on the rocks
