Ingredients
For sweet porridge:
Fields of Gold Multi Millet Mix: 1/4 cup
Milk: 1 cup
Fields of Gold Organic Jaggery: 1 tbsp
For savoury porridge:
Fields of Gold Multi Millet mMix : 1/4 cup
Water: 1 cup
Fields of Gold Rock Salt: 1/8th tsp
Black pepper: 10 to 12 no(crushed)
Preparation
For sweet porridge:
Wash and soak multi millet mix for 15 to 20 mins
Boil milk, add jaggery and strained multi millet mix.
Simmer for 15 mins and serve hot.
For savoury porridge:
Wash and soak multi millet mix for 15 to 20 mins.
Boil water, add salt, pepper and strained multi millet mix.
Simmer for 15 mins and serve hot.
