Ingredients
Fields of Gold Proso Millet: 3/4th cup
Macerated fruit/ Marmalade: 1 tbsp
Almond Milk: 2 cups
Organic Chia Seeds: 1 tsp
Cinnamon Powder: 1/4 tsp.
Fresh Fruits: 1 cup
Preparation
Soak Proso millet and chia seeds overnight.
Roast the millet, add 2 cups of water, jaggery, cinnamon powder and simmer it till the millet softens.
Serve the Millet Breakfast Porridge with Almond Milk, Macerated fruits, chia seeds topped with Fresh Fruits.
