Preparation

  1. Soak Proso millet and chia seeds overnight.

  2. Roast the millet, add 2 cups of water, jaggery, cinnamon powder and simmer it till the millet softens.

  3. Serve the Millet Breakfast Porridge with Almond Milk, Macerated fruits, chia seeds topped with Fresh Fruits.
